Directions:

Put on a pot of water to boil

Mix all dumpling ingredients to make a dough. You may pass it through a ricer or roll in your palms

Place cabbage mixture in a fry pan till cook with some bits light brown

Boil dumplings till they float remove and move to cabbage

Gently sauté and season with salt and pepper.

1 cup of Parmigiano Reggiano
1 cup plain bread crumb
2 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon zest.

Cabbage:
2 cups of shredded cabbage
1 small onion sliced
1/2 stick of salted butter
