Directions:
Put on a pot of water to boilMix all dumpling ingredients to make a dough. You may pass it through a ricer or roll in your palms
Place cabbage mixture in a fry pan till cook with some bits light brown
Boil dumplings till they float remove and move to cabbage
Gently sauté and season with salt and pepper.

I first had passatelli in chicken broth in Ravenna Italy. It was glorious! Parmigiano Reggiano is so delicious in this dumpling it makes you swoon
Ingredients:
Dumplings :
1 cup of Parmigiano Reggiano
1 cup plain bread crumb
2 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon zest.
Cabbage:
2 cups of shredded cabbage
1 small onion sliced
1/2 stick of salted butter

Pairing:
Serve with a touch of sour cream on the side. It’s a rich and hearty dish best served in a small serving.
