Description:
Plastic lids of takeaway cups contribute significantly to the growing amount of waste on our planet. LIDfree, it’s a new design for takeaway cups that eliminates the plastic lid with a hexagonal folding rim that collapses inwards to shut the top.
Themes:
By reducing plastic use & increasing recycling efficiency, LIDfree supports the idea of sustainability and environmental responsibility. LIDfree is made from a single type of paper, so the lid and cup do not need to be separated - making it much easier to recycle.
