Description

Imagine coming home from a long day’s work ready to relax for the evening. How would you use Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to make yourself a nice little treat for some “me time”?
Maybe it’s something as simple as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in chunks with dark chocolate, and a nice glass of zinfandel? Or perhaps, you would make a few Parmigiano Reggiano Crisps and pair them with a thirst-quenching pilsner?

Description

Getting ready to watch a game with a bunch of your friends? Or are you hosting the book club night and need to make a nice spread for the members?
Parmigiano Reggiano is the perfect cheese for tasty snacks that pair with wine, beer and even cocktails.
We invite you to share how you make it the star of your cheese board, or perhaps you prefer to include it as one in a series of snacks – like the Everything Crackers featured in our recipe collection?

Description

Everyone knows that Parmigiano Reggiano makes any pasta dish much better. However, not everyone is aware that the cheese is also great for recipes from many other cultures besides Italian.
We’d love to see how you might use Parmigiano Reggiano to add a special touch to food from cultures as diverse as Indian, Mexican, Japanese, Middle Eastern, and more. Look at this Parmigiano Reggiano Vegetable Quesadina as an example.

Description

In Italy Parmigiano Reggiano is considered a staple in every kitchen because it can be used to elevate everyday dishes and make them that much tastier.
Perhaps you can transform something as simple as Mac-n-Cheese with Parmigiano Reggiano and some other unexpected ingredient? As an example, take a look at the Burger Au Poivre – where Chef Michele took a simple hamburger and put a distinctively Italian spin on it with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar.
