It can be enjoyed after work, or during a game, and pairs extremely well with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and a delicious sparkling dry red wine such as Lambrusco di Sorbara.

Of course you also need a very generous sprinkling of grated Parmigiano Reggiano, as it will make all the difference in terms of taste. This dish pairs well with a nice glass of Pinot Noir. Enjoy.
